Fable: The Monkey and the Crocodile - Rajpreet

Dear Mrs. Hamilton

Today I read this amazing story called "The Monkey And The Crocodile!"

I like the authers style because the author had made a message about caring for someone that they need to but they have to hurt someone else to make the other person happy. It is nice for one person but not the other.

I was visualizing when the author had said "The crocodile swam with him out into the deep wide river." I thought that was good writing. What made me wonder was if the crocodile was actually going to kill the monkey and bring the heart or if he is going to ignore his wife.

The part that puzzeld me was when the crocodile actually asked for the monkey's heart which was his friend. If someone would have told me to get something from my best friend I would say "I can't get that but I can do something else that can help you.

I liked the part when the monkey shared his food with the crocodile and the crocodile's wife. I thought it was nice of him to share food.

I also liked the part when they just introduce theirselves in a very polite way and they got along together just fine.

I thought this story was great. I think I could not write better. I enjoyed this story as much as I enjoy playing outside.

                                                    Sincerely,
                                                                    Rajpreet
