Dear Mrs.Hamilton,
I just read this amazing fable, the Fox and the Crow. When I read the title it made me think that the story was going to be similar to the Fox and the grapes.(Which was another fable I read).
I think the Crow would seem the good guy but in one part of the beginning it says "A Crow who had stolen a piece of meat was sitting high up on the branch of a tree" made me think if I thought the Crow was a good guy then why did it say that he stole a piece of meat then?
I think the moral of this fable is " Don't compete for what you already have" I really enjoyed reading this fable.
Your Student,
Allison
