Dear mrs. Hamilton,
I am reading a story called "The Monkey and the Crocodile".
I think there is a message in this text. I think it might be "Choose
your friends wisely and/or make better decistions, or stop and think
before you act."
I think I can make a prediction. I can predict that when the crocodile
is gone, the wife will come and say her appolgies and not mean it,and
invite him over again and she will eat him!
The part I liked the best was that the monkey was being so generous
and giving the crocodile some jamun fruit.
The part I disliked that the wife is so disrespectful to the monkey when the
monkey is giving them food and she actually would pretend to
almost die.
The part that puzzled me was what are jamuns because in the book
it said that jamuns are a kind of fruit. It only gave me a little bit of
information.
The part that surprised me was that the crocodile really almost brought
his best friend the monkey to his wife to get eaten.
Sincerely,
Melody
